1. Subscription Plans: Our subscription plans are based on a recurring billing cycle (monthly/quarterly/annual). Refunds for subscription plans will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation within Trial Period: If your subscription plan includes a trial period and you cancel your subscription within the trial period, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues with our service that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining days of your subscription.

2. One-Time Purchases: For one-time purchases such as equipment or special packages, refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Defective Equipment: If you receive a defective device or equipment, we will provide a replacement or a refund upon return of the defective item.
  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive the purchased item(s) within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us to initiate an investigation. If the item(s) cannot be delivered, a refund will be issued.

3. Refund Process: To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 16 Days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • If you have violated our terms of service or acceptable use policy.
  • If the refund request is made after the trial period (if applicable) or beyond 16 days  from the date of purchase.
